Demo BBQ met thema Schotland door Patrick De Gendt – Meesterkok van België

Hij zal een flammküchen met Schotse wilde zalm en wilde zalm gerookt op hooi met honing demonstreren op de BBQ. Patrick staat open om vele tips mee te geven en vragen te beantwoorden rond het BBQ’en. 

Kom dus zeker langs op de stand van Steenhouwerij Matthys 474 en laat jullie kennis verrijken.

Wat weten we over Patrick De Gendt:

Het horecaverhaal van Patrick De Gendt begon toen hij veertien was en zich ging inschrijven in het COOVI in Brussel. Met zijn diploma op zak ging hij werken in verschillende Brusselse huizen. Hij is ambitieus en deed mee aan tal van wedstrijden en behaalde verschillende overwinningen, zoals “Beste Vis kok van het jaar”, “Eerste prijs Kunst en Gastronomie van Vlaanderen”, “Beste wild kok van België", …

Patrick is gekend om zijn productkennis en passie voor de Belgische gastronomie. Tevens is hij een gedreven BBQ liefhebber en met zijn BBQ-team is hij bekend tot in het buitenland. Zo werd hij met zijn team Vice-kampioen van België, BBQ-kampioen der lage landen, Nederlands kampioen wild op de BBQ, Culinair kampioen, en nog vele andere prijzen.
