The Garden Festival on 7, 8 and 9 May 2027
With 240 exhibitors and more than 20,000 visitors, the Garden Days in Beervelde Park, a grave castle estate in the heart of the East Flanders Flower Region, just 90 minutes from Calais, have become a leading European-level event for garden fair enthusiasts. For three days in mid-May and mid-October, the Park transforms into a veritable treasure trove for the most discerning plant lovers.
Besides an impressive range of flowers and plants, visitors can enjoy atmospheric live music and a wide selection of decoration and antiques for garden and surroundings. The event also offers craft products, fascinating workshops, children's entertainment and delicious local culinary products, contributing to a complete and harmonious experience.
Beervelde is not just another fair, but a unique experience: a warm, welcoming atmosphere where garden lovers come together twice a year to find inspiration and enjoy a pleasant outing with friends or family in beautiful, natural surroundings.
What makes Beervelde so unique? The way organisers and participants get carried away by the theme of the moment. The theme for this spring edition is “Marrakesh, an Oasis of Gardens”.
Marrakesh, an Oasis of Gardens
On 7, 8 and 9 May 2027, the Beervelde Garden Days invite you to discover the enchanting world of Marrakesh. Under the theme “Marrakesh, an Oasis of Gardens”, the historic Park of Beervelde will be transformed into an inspiring meeting place where the magic of Moroccan garden culture, the beauty of plants and the atmosphere of the Orient come together.
Imagine lush gardens, fragrant herbs, colourful flowers, intricate patterns and the soothing presence of water and greenery. The Moroccan garden tradition is a rich source of inspiration, with its sheltered courtyards, abundant planting and harmonious blend of colours, scents and materials. It is a world where gardens are not only a feast for the eyes, but also a place to unwind and enjoy life's simple pleasures.
During the Beervelde Garden Days, visitors can once again explore a wide selection of unusual plants, flowers, garden accessories and decorative items offered by more than 250 exhibitors. The theme encourages visitors to discover fresh ideas, explore surprising combinations and bring a touch of exotic charm to their own gardens or terraces.
As always, the beautiful Park of Beervelde, with its centuries-old trees and picturesque corners, provides the perfect setting for three days filled with gardens, inspiration and a welcoming atmosphere. Families and anyone simply looking to enjoy a special day out in the countryside will also find plenty to discover.
Let yourself be transported to Marrakesh and discover how your garden can become an oasis. The Beervelde Garden Days will take place on Friday 7, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 May 2027, from 10 am to 6 pm each day.
