The Garden Festival on 10, 11 and 12 May 2024

Just 90 minutes from Calais, situated on a family estate in Flanders' Horticultural Valley, 'Flanders Garden Festival’, is reputed to be one of the best three-day garden events on continental Europe. A real treasure trove for plant lovers, Beervelde's 240 exhibitors also offers its 20,000 visitors a wide selection of culinary specialties, artisan craft items, antiques, musical entertainment and children’s activities. A wonderful day out with family and friends.

Beervelde is characterized by the fact that the organizers and a large number of exhibitors are inspired by a particular theme at each edition. The theme for the spring edition is "The Green Paradise".

"THE GREEN PARADISE" refers to an idyllic, lush and green environment that symbolises natural beauty, tranquillity and harmony. It fits seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings of Beervelde Park, which can indeed be considered a green paradise. The theme provides a great opportunity to celebrate the beauty of green gardens, plants, flowers and natural landscapes.

Green Paradise can serve as a metaphor for a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. It encourages awareness and actions aimed at preserving the environment, reducing the ecological footprint and promoting a healthy relationship between people and nature.
